Q: What does the 30-day warranty cover?
A: HIGHWRIST guarantees 30 days against defects of assembly or bracelet. If your watch arrives with a manufacturing issue or defect in the custom metal bracelet, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Q: What is not covered?
A: Damage caused by misuse, drops, water beyond GA2100 specifications, or modifications by third parties is not covered.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: US orders: USPS Priority 2–3 days. PR / LATAM: USPS First Class / Priority, with tracking.
Q: Can I return my watch?
A: Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects covered under the 30-day warranty.
